"I had file two claims, one for a tow on stalled vehicle, and the other was for door ding, but I decided not proceed. I had another accident where I scuffed my front bumper, so i called my agent and they suggested that I didn't proceed because it could raise my insurance rates since it would be consider 3 claims within 3 years. I had always thought that's what you pay insurance, for unforeseen situations. Monique and Darius educated me that it could cause my insurance rates to go up, so I decided not to proceed. However, I still feel, according to articles online, State Farm has made substantial capital gains despite their losses. I hope in the near future they lower our home and car insurance because the price keeps going up, but never seems to go down. Still great agent and staff. Thank you!"

They really take time to explain everything on your policy which i never in counter in different insurance companies.
